Our ISP changed our IP address and that is why your UpdateWhiz is not working ... to fix your UpdateWhiz, please follow the Manual Update Instructions below. Once you follow the instructions below, your UpdateWhiz will properly work.

Manual Update Instructions:

1. Quit/Exit your FOCUS 2000.

2. Click on SETUP.EXE below for the Edition of FOCUS that you own.

3. Click on RUN.

4. Click on NEXT until update is finished installing.

5. That's it, you're done.
